Sweet! The die images look great! Interestingly, there is a pad on the left side that doesn't have any evidence of a bond wire, possibly a test circuit? There are also two ground pads, each with bond wire remains, despite the chip only having one ground pin. Going to look into this a lot more once I get the previous chips onto MiSTer!
Also, I sent some die photo related questions to you via google hangouts sometime ago. Could you check those?

SWEET! Now we need to see a MiSTer core come up, we already have the AY-3-8500, need to add this :)
